THE BIG POLL #1 - Taxes or cuts
With the State in one of the worst budget situations in the country and its history, should Rhode Island cut spending or should it raise taxes to close its budget problems.
To date some of the fiscal problems have been passed along to the cities and towns forcing them to face the same choices - raise property taxes or cut services or school funding.
