VIDEO: One Man's Snowmobile Tour of RI Highways During Blizzard

Snowmobiling over the Iway Bridge.
It was officially a blizzard in Rhode Island this weekend — and some folks took full advantage of the snow.

While some roads were barely plowed in Providence on Sunday, and schools moved to distance learning on Monday due to the delay in snow removal, the whiteout conditions on Saturday brought one daredevil out.

Nick Amore shared video of himself — on a snowmobile — driving across the “IWay Bridge” on Route 195 in Providence during the storm.

He can be seen racing past a snowplow.

On Saturday, a Providence DPW truck had tipped over on Route 10 due to the icy conditions.

According to Amore, he had been heading to see if Olneyville New York System was open for weiners.

It was not.

So, Amore decided to go check out the new Rt. 6/10 “flyover” ramp — again, on snowmobile.

Amore’s day was not done, however.

He also posted a photo of the snowmobile outside of the Foxy Lady "gentleman's club" in Providence.

It doesn’t get much more Rhode Island than this.
