WATCH LIVE: Elorza, Providence and State Police to Address Protest, ATVs and Dirt Bikes at 11 A.M.
Providence Mayor Jorge ElorzaProvidence and State Police and elected officials are holding a press conference Wednesday morning at 11 a.m. to address Tuesday night's protest -- and ATV and dirt bike activity.
Tuesday night’s Justice for Jhamal protest started at the Knight Library on Elmwood Avenue and ended 6 plus hours later and included 19 arrested by Providence Police.
The protest was sparked by the Sunday crash involving moped rider Jhamal Gonsalves and a Providence police vehicle.

Providence Mayor Jorge Elorza, Commissioner of Public Safety Steven Paré, Providence Police Chief Hugh Clements, Jr., Attorney General Peter Neronha and Superintendent of the Rhode Island State Police James Manni will be addressing media at the Providence Public Safety Complex.
This marks the second press conference held this week, after police -- and Neronha -- announced an investigation into the crash.
