White House Releases Transcript of Trump's Call with Ukraine - READ THE TRANSCRIPT

The White House has released the transcript of President Donald Trump’s July 25 call with Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelensky.

In the call, Trump discusses investigating former Vice President and current 2020 presidential candidate Joe Biden.

“There's a lot of talk about Biden's son, that Biden stopped the prosecution and a lot of people want to find out about that so whatever you can do with the Attorney General would be great. Biden went around bragging that he stopped the prosecution so if you can look into it ... It sounds horrible to me,” says Trump on the call.

Impeachment Inquiry

The release of the call comes a day after House Speaker Nancy Pelosi announced that she will support a formal impeachment inquiry into Trump.

Her decision came days after reports surfaced that that Trump might have pressured Ukranian President Zelensky to investigate former Vice President and 2020 presidential candidate Joe Biden and his family.
