Raymond Patriarca complaints to the FBI that their investigation is hurting his business. In the Memo from the Boston Office of the FBI to J. Edgar Hoover the memo is cc:ed to Deputy Attorney General Byron White. A year later, John F. Kennedy named White to the Supreme Court. White made national attention as an All American football player at Colorado and then he was a 1st round pick in the NFL.

The Boston FBI office asked the IRS for Patriarca's’s IRS file.

Miami FBI confirm Patriarca held meetings at the Fontainbleau Hotel on Miami Beach. The Phoenix office of the FBI confirms that Helen Patriarca was at the El Conquistador — “All leads should be handled expeditiously.”
