Former Rhode Island Governor and Secretary of Commerce Gina Raimondo spoke Monday at the Democratic National Convention in Chicago.

As Raimondo spoke, Rhode Island Democrats, including Providence Mayor Brett Smiley, can be seen chanting, "Gina, Gina." Smiley served as Raimondo's chief of staff and director of administration.
