Boston Cannons to Hold Training Camp at Brown This Weekend

“We are excited to bring the Cannons to Rhode Island. We have a strong fan base in Rhode Island Youth Lacrosse and this is a great opportunity to bring our team to their community. The youth clinic and open practice will be a wonderful opportunity for our coaches and players to share instruction and pass along knowledge of these up-and-coming Ocean State players,” said Cannons Vice President and General Manager, Kevin Barney.
On Saturday, April 16 the practices will feature events for kids starting with a free youth clinic at 11:30 a.m. and ending at 12:30 a.m. Kids 8-14 years old are welcome to participate and check in will open at 10:30 a.m.

“We had a great first weekend of camp and we can’t wait to get back onto the field on April 16 at Brown. All the coaches were impressed with the effort and attitude the players brought to the first training camp session.
