Visit to North Carolina Highlights 2015 Bryant Lacrosse Schedule

The Bryant Bulldogs men's lacrosse team unveiled their 2015 schedule and team captains to the public on Monday. The highlight of the schedule will come in early March when the Bulldogs take a trip down to Chapel Hill to face Rhode Island native Walker Chafee and the North Carolina Tar Heels. 

Mike Pressler and the Bulldogs will open their season on Saturday, February 7th at home against Colgate before a quick trip to Bucknell and then a two game home stand against Hartford and Albany out of the America East. After the Albany game, the Bulldogs hit the road for a four game road trip which will be highlighted by their trip to play the University of North Carolina on March 10th. 

Bryant begins conference play on March 21st when they visit Hobart in Geneva, New York.

Other notable opponents on the schedule are the two in-state rival games the Bulldogs will play. On March 24th they will host Providence and then will host Brown in the last game of the season.

The Bulldogs are coming off a very successful season in which they went 16-5, winning the NEC Championship and then upsetting second seeded Syracuse in the first round of the NCAA Tournament. 

Bryant will look to duplicate and build on that success in this upcoming season.
