Bryant Baseball falls 9-1 to East Carolina in Game 1 of NCAA Tournament

The Bryant Bulldogs baseball team fell 9-1 to East Carolina in the first game of the NCAA Charlottesville Regional on Friday night.

"I'm disappointed with the final score but it doesn't matter, a loss is a loss. I'm pretty confident they will be ready to go tomorrow and hopefully they can grind one out," said Bryant Head Coach Steve Owens.

Bryant now drops to the losers bracket where they will take on fourth seeded William & Mary in an elimination game today at 11 a.m.
