Bryant visits #15 New Hampshire on Saturday night
The Bryant Bulldogs (2-2) football team will face a nationally ranked opponent for the seventh time in their DI history on Saturday when they visit #15 New Hampshire.

The Wildcats enter the game with a 3-1 record following a 28-14 win over Rhode Island last week. 

“Every week we have tried to get better, this will be a great challenge for us, playing one of best teams in FCS so this will be a great test. We want to get to where they are at, making the playoffs every year and being one of the best teams so to do that we have to beat them,” said Bryant head coach James Perry.

Bryant is 2-4 against nationally ranked teams, with wins over Robert Morris in 2010 and Maine in 2014.

Kick-off is set for 6 p.m. and can be seen on ESPN 3

Bryant vs New Hampshire

The Bulldogs and Wildcats will be meeting for the first time in program history on Saturday.

Bryant Offense

The Bryant offense comes in averaging 498 yards and 32 points per game through the first four weeks of the season.

Bryant ranks ninth in the country in total offense and third in the country in first downs.

Quarterback Price Wilson ranks fifth in DI with 1,419 passing yards this season. He averages 354 yards per game.

Last week, Wilson threw two touchdown passes to lift Bryant over Fordham.

Sophomore Jean Constant ranks eighth in the country with 161 all-purpose yards per game.

Portsmouth’s Matt Sewall leads Bryant with 21 catches for 268 yards and four touchdowns.

Bryant Defense

So far this season, the Bryant defense has given up an average of 42 points and 481 total yards per game.

Linebacker Tomas Costigan is tied for the national lead with 5.5 sacks on the season.He also has six tackles for loss.

Richard Ukele leads Bryant with 35 total tackles and an average of 8.8 tackles per game.
