Roc Nation will work with the league on entertainment and social justice projects.

Kaepernick responded to Jay-Z's comments in a Twitter post on Sunday.

The post included pictures of Eric Reid, Kenny Stills and Albert Wilson, who have all continued to kneel during the national anthem.

Kaepernick has not played in the NFL since 2016, when he gained notoriety for kneeling in protest of racial injustice and police brutality.
