Ed Cooley’s East Greenwich Home Goes Under Contract
Just 8 days ago, Ed Cooley was the coach of the PC Friars PHOTO: PCA week ago Monday, GoLocal first reported that then-Providence College Basketball Ed Cooley’s home was for sale -- and uncovered that Cooley had completed his real estate disclosure form weeks earlier.
Now, the East Greenwich home, which was on the market for $1.9 million, is now under contract.

It went under “pending” in the MLS system just a week after it first was entered onto the market.
The sale price is not known.
It is assessed by the town for $1,178,000 for the four-bedroom house.

In the past week, Cooley signed with Georgetown University and Providence College hired Kim English from George Mason University.
Those events triggered multiple players to announce they have entered the transfer portal from each of the three different schools. And two top PC recruits have decommitted and two George Mason students have committed to PC.
What a week.
