GoLocalTV: Providence Ranked 28th for Fitness, Elorza Calls for Improvement

New rankings released this week show that Providence ranks 28th among the top 50 cities in the US for fitness. Who is number 1?

The new rankings from the American College of Sports Medicine ranks Washington, DC as the most fit city in the country.

Just as the rankings were being released, Providence Mayor Jorge Elorza joined with Recreation Director Mike Stephens in announcing new initiatives to improve the fitness of Providence's children.
