NEW: Boston Bruins Sign PC's Acciari to 2 Year Deal

Noel Acciari
The Boston Bruins have signed Providence College hockey's Noel Acciari to a two year deal, according to ESPN's John Buccigross.

Acciari finished his senior season with 15 goals and 17 assists and was named the NCAA East Regional's Most Outstanding Player before helping lead the Friars to their first ever National Championship.

Acciari red shirted his freshman season and did have one more year of eligibility left. However, due to NHL labor rules, if Acciari had stayed one more year in school he would not have been eligible for a two year deal, only one.
