A hazardous weather outlook has been issued by National Weather Service.
The National Weather Service has issued a Hazardous Weather Outlook for all of Rhode Island and eastern Massachusets on Tuesday -- warning that heavy showers could bring localized flooding.

This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for northern Connecticut, all of Massachusetts east of Berkshire County, and Rhode Island.

.DAY ONE...Today and tonight

Heavy showers with some embedded thunderstorms are possible today.

The greatest threat will be the potential for localized flooding across south coastal New England, especially across portions of Connecticut, Rhode Island, and southeast Massachusetts. A secondary threat will be isolated thunderstorms along the South Coast which may also produce local damaging wind gusts.
