He did not run for re-election in 2024.

Located at the corner of Empire and Fountain Streets, Trinity Brewhouse has a seating capacity of 261.

The spot has significant potential upside, as Brown Healthcare is moving across the street.

The location has always been a hot spot for pre-game get-togethers for Providence College basketball and Providence Bruins games. It is next to Trinity Rep.

As GoLocal reported, Brown Healthcare announced at the end of January that they would be taking over the building formerly occupied by Hasbro.

"All Furniture, Fixtures, Equipment and Goodwill included. $2,250,000.00," according to listing agent Peter Scotti and associates, who say it is "Rhode Island's oldest brewhouse."
