Residential Properties Adds Fiasconaro

Residential Properties Ltd. announces that Sales Associate Nina Fiasconaro has joined the wonderful roster of agents at our South County office. Nina was born and raised in the suburbs of NYC and graduated from the Fashion Institute of Technology. For 32 years, she worked in the wholesale jewelry industry, partnering with many manufacturing contractors located in Providence and Cranston. Her decades-long local knowledge and deep interest in design and architecture will be an asset in servicing RPL’s South County communities.

Rhode Island’s gems and charms

Nina’s love affair with the Ocean State began after attending a wedding at Rosecliff in Newport. She purchased her first home in Rhode Island in 2000; a fixer upper on Potter Pond in Wakefield for use as a seasonal home. Her son, who is multi-handicapped, attended Providence’s Meeting Street School and resides with her full time at their current residence in lovely Saunderstown. “What I love about Rhode Island is all the different neighborhoods and their personalities,” Fiasconaro said. “It’s by far one of the prettiest states with its gorgeous coastline, but it also has Providence, offering a cosmopolitan city full of culture, shopping, and dining.”

After a career shift into real estate in 2020 and early successes, Nina began looking for an agency with great marketing that serves clientele in the luxury home sphere, and also provides agents with a supportive and nurturing environment. “Residential Properties was on my short list,” Fiasconaro noted. “After sitting down with Michele Brais, South County Broker Manager, and hearing about the company and all the services, tools, and technology they offer, I made the move. The company is so accepting and down to earth – it makes you excited to come to work everyday!”

A success-studded career

Nina is a governor-appointed state advocate for people who are handicapped and is part of the Rhode Island State Rehabilitation Council. She also spearheaded a Buddy Ball League, “401 A League Of Our Own” out of Cranston and spends her Saturdays in the spring and fall coaching kids at Flanders Park on Sherman Avenue. To Nina, home means family, pure and simple. When not strategizing with clients, she applies her creative skills to cooking and entertaining. Her idea of a relaxing day is walking along the beach wall in Jamestown with her son.

Nina looks forward to entering the spring real estate market with all her energy, providing exceptional service and developing lasting relationships. She is excited to help clients reach their goals while sharing her love of Rhode Island. “My goal is to build my business,” Fiasconaro said. “The best way I know to do that is to be successful at my craft for my clients and future clients.”
