Tax Preparer Sentenced to Prison for Stealing, Selling Identities of Minors

Nunez is serving the time for her role in a scheme to steal personal information of minors named as dependents on legitimate tax returns prepared by her company, NBP Multiservices.
U.S. District Court Judge Mary Lisi also ordered Nunez to serve two years of supervised release upon completion of her prison term.

Two codefendants in the case, Tashia Bodden and Wendy Molina, have also pleaded guilty to federal chargers and are awaiting sentencing.
