A Thanksgiving Casserole Pizza is Now Available in Providence

Thanksgiving always brings out the best in foodies — and in Providence, that often includes pizza.

This week, Pizza Marvin in Fox Point is featuring a holiday-themed pie that will tickle the delight of green-bean casserole lovers. 

“We’re dropping a few specials starting [Monday] to get us in the holiday spirit leading into Thanksgiving,” announced the eatery located on Wickenden Street.

“Try a square pizza slice of the ‘Green Bean Casserole’ with green beans, chanterelle mushrooms, cream of mushroom bechamel, mozzarella, and topped with crispy onions,” said Pizza Marvin. 

But wait — there’s more. 

"We’re also bringing back a house favorite  — 'Stuff Stiz,' basically a Thanksgiving version of our Buff Stix, with herb stuffing, cranberry gel center, fried sage, and a gravy dipper," they continued.

And you can even get your pre-Thanksgiving dessert on. 

“And finally, one of our most popular ice creams of the year- twisted sweet potato and marshmallow ice creams topped with candied pecans. We’ll be serving these items all week, stop by for a taste of nostalgia," said Pizza Marvin.
