Don’t Miss: Third Annual Arts Marketplace Pawtucket

The third annual Arts Marketplace: Pawtucket will take place on Saturday and Sunday, September 20 & 21, from 10am to 4pm at the Pawtucket Armory Arts Center, 172 Exchange St.

The Fine Art and American-made Crafts Show & Sale will feature the work of over 50 artists from throughout the region, who will display their work in individual booths.  Categories include Art and Sculpture, Jewelry, Wearables, and Accessories. Over 10 new artists are featured this year.

In addition to the art show and sale, there will be special events during the two days:

*  The Ink Monkeys – Steam Roller Printmaking, popular with children, will take place outside the Armory from 11am to 2pm on Saturday.
*  The Stay Tuned Duo, performing Americana music, will perform from 2-4pm on Saturday.
*  The Rossonians, a folk music ensemble will perform from 11am-1pm & 2-4pm on Sunday.
*  Face painting with Creative Chica, Jennifer Rolfsema, for children and adults,  from noon to 4pm on Sunday.

Food will be available inside the Armory by L'Artisan Cafe & Bakery and outside the Armory by Melucci's Italian Food Cart in the Tolman High School parking lot area.

Arts Marketplace: Pawtucket is a juried show whose mission is to meet high standards of technical and artistic excellence and to present the best of contemporary fine Art and American-made Craft in a comfortable, professional and accessible setting. A beautiful spacious location, the event will be held in the ground floor Drill Hall with individual exhibit booths designed to display the variety of media presented.  In addition, nearby Festival events will include music, demonstrations, and many other family events.
