According to RIDOH, from 2020 through 2022, Levine “treated several patients.”
“During this period of time, [Levine] failed to properly drape patients during certain treatments, failed to educate patients on certain treatments and expected outcomes of treatments, and failed to properly document said treatments,” according to RIDOH.
“Further, [Levine] initiated and provided treatments on areas of the body without documenting them as areas that needed treatment,” RIDOH continued.
RIDOH stated that Levine's actions “constitute unprofessional conduct” under the standards of the American Physical Therapy Association - and Rhode Island General Law.
Documents posted by RIDOH show that Levine initially surrendered his license in November of 2024 “pending final administrative decision.”
This week, he surrendered his license according to RIDOH.
