Man arrested by RI State Police with over $80K worth of cocaine.
The Rhode Island State Police seized more than $80,000 worth of cocaine during a traffic stop late Thursday night in East Greenwich. 

According to State Police, Victor Jose Felix, 40, of Haines City, Florida was arrested and charged with manufacture/delivery of greater than one kilogram of cocaine and possession with intent to deliver cocaine.

Felix was ordered held without bail at the ACI following his arraignment.

The Arrest

According to RI State Police, the arrest occurred at approximately 11:50 p.m. on Thursday, February 6 after troopers from the Hope Valley Barracks stopped a Jeep for speeding on Interstate 95 near exit 7 in East Greenwich. 

During a subsequent search of the vehicle, Troopers seized two vacuum-sealed bags of cocaine worth an estimated $80,000.
