Multiple Victims Stabbed in Club Brawl in Providence

Multiple people were injured in a stabbing at a club in Providence overnight. 

According to police, a fight had erupted inside a VIP area in the establishment.

Shortly after 1 AM on Saturday, police were called to a disturbance at Lo Vera VIP on Broad Street. 

Police said that upon arrival, they encountered two males in their 20s suffering from stab sounds.

The victims were taken by rescue to Rhode Island Hospital.

A third victim - a male in his 30s - had left the club and went to Rhode Island Hospital for treatment.

According to club security, a fight had broken out inside the club's VIP area after a club-goer slipped and knocked over a bottle of champagne. 

Police said there was a trail of blood from the VIP section to the exit. 

Detectives are currently investigating.
