About Incident

Shortly before 8 PM, police were called to Waverly Street — off of Cranston Street — for a report of a shooting.

According to police, the victim, identified as a male, was in the area of a commercial business.

Police say the suspected homicide was a shooting.

Detectives are currently investigating.
