NEW: Two Burrillville Residents Indicted in Death of Man Found Under Cement Slab

The Providence County Grand Jury has indicted three people on charges that they beat and murdered Domingo Ortiz, of Worcester.

The court indicted Steven Pietrowicz and Michelle Morin of Burillville with one count of conspiracy, one count of murder, two counts of assault with a dangerous weapons and one count of failure to report death. The court also indicted Corey Bickhardt with one count of murder, one count of conspiracy, two counts of assault with a  dangerous weapon and one count of failure to report death.

A fourth person, Dense Walker of Pennsylvania was induced on one count of failure to report death and a warrant is out for her arrest.

The Crime

It is alleged that on May  6, 2015, Pietrowicz, Morin and Bickhardt conspired to murder and did murder Domingo Ortiz. It is also alleged that the three individuals failed to report his death to authorities.

Ortiz's body was found by Burrillville Police under a cement slab on the property where Pietrowicz and Morin resided.

Pietrowicz and Morin are scheduled to be arranged in Providence County Superior Court on Wednesday, October 21. Bickhardt is currently incarcerated in Pennsylvania on unrelated charges and an arraignment in Rhode Island has not yet been scheduled.

The Burrillville Police and the Rhode Island State Police conducted the Investigation.
