One Rhode Island Community Will Pay Up to $190 an Hour for Vendors to Remove Snow

There is rain in the forecast for the Thanksgiving holiday this week.

However, should it start snowing anytime soon, one Rhode Island community is gearing up. 

On Tuesday, the City of Cranston announced that is accepting applications for snowplow vendors for the 2024-2025 winter season - and is paying up to $190 an hour for loaders.

According to Cranston:

Notice to Contractors - Cranston is accepting applications from private contractors to provide snow removal services at the following rates:

DOWNLOAD AND FILL OUT AN APPLICATION BY VISITING: https://www.cranstonri.gov/cranston-2024-2025-snow-plow...

Applications MUST be submitted in person at the Cranston Highway Division (935 Phenix Ave, Cranston) Mon – Fri between 7 am & 3 pm.
