PHOTOS: Real Housewives of Rhode Island’s Latest Filming Location

They’re everywhere - the Real Housewives of Rhode Island, that is.

Last week, GoLocal scored photos of the Real Housewives on location in exclusive snaps in East Greenwich and the Fox Point neighborhood of Providence.

This week, the Housewives were in front of the camera again - in Cranston.

Emily Sanita captured snaps of filming taking place at the Seven Stars coffee shop in Edgewood. 

“It’s so crazy seeing so many different films happening in Rhode Island!” said Sanita.

The newest installment of the Bravo franchise was announced in May.

And as GoLocal reported this week, "Bravo’s Real Housewives of Rhode Island Star Has Close Ties to Accused Drug Dealer."

According to court documents and Rhode Island State Police wiretaps, Dino Guilmette has a significant association with Housewives cast member Elizabeth McGraw.

Guilmette is presently charged with seven felony counts. 

 

Sanita, who calls herself the “Rhode Island Girl” on social media, is the state ambassador for Best Buddies.

She is no stranger to press coverage herself - her “promposal” in 2021 garnered coverage on GoLocal. 

“Hollywood, watch out soon for an inclusion movie in Rhode Island in the future!!!! Can’t wait to see what happens next!” she said.

According to Bravo, The Real Housewives of Rhode Island is the 11th Real Housewives franchise, joining The Real Housewives of Orange County, The Real Housewives of New York City, The Real Housewives of Atlanta, The Real Housewives of New Jersey, The Real Housewives of D.C., The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, The Real Housewives of Miami, The Real Housewives of Potomac, The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City, and The Real Housewives of Dallas.

There have been numerous international installments and spin-offs, including Real Housewives of Dubai, Real Housewives of Melbourne, and more. 

The Real Housewives franchise's total value is estimated to be around $1 billion, according to multiple sources.

The franchise's success is attributed to its long-running format, global adaptations, and the popularity of the individual cast members.
