About Rescue and Adoption
On Sunday, the Potter League released the following regarding the dogs:
"Upon their arrival at the Potter League's Animal Care & Adoption Center, the dogs underwent thorough medical evaluations and received immediate attention to address their needs. Due to severe matting, the dogs required shaving and treatment for various health concerns. The Potter League's dedicated veterinary and animal care teams have been working diligently to ensure the wellbeing of these animals.
We are excited to share that the dogs will be viewable for adoption starting Monday at 10 am. However, before they can go to their new homes, they are scheduled for spay and neuter surgeries later this week.
Interested individuals are encouraged to submit an adopter profile (application) through our website to streamline the adoption process. While this step does not guarantee adoption, it helps facilitate the process and ensures that each adoption is a good match for both dogs and their new families.
Adoptions through the Potter League include spay/neuter procedures, microchipping, and age-appropriate vaccines, all aimed at providing the dogs a healthy start in their new homes. Our adoption emphasizes the importance of finding the right match between pet and guardian
