RI State Police Announce K-9 "Chuck" Has Died

The Rhode Island State Police (RISP) has announced the passing of a veteran K-9 member of its force.

On Friday, RISP released the following: 

"We are sad to share news of the passing of K-9 Chuck.

Chuck was a patrol/narcotics K-9 and was unique because he worked effectively with two handlers (retired Lt. Erik Jones & Cpl James D'Angelo) during his long career.
