The Highest Marijuana Prices in New England by State for 2015
The legalization of marijuana has been a hot-topic issue across the nation for quite some time now and real time data from a crowdsourced website reveals how much people are paying for the drug per ounce in each state.
Based on date from The Price of Weed, the national average is $324 and New England states fall both above and below that metric.

Vermont’s $367 per ounce is the second highest nationally, while Maine’s $305 per ounce is the 38th highest nationally, thus revealing the wide range of marijuana prices. Meanwhile, Rhode Island’s $314 per ounce measures in at 36th nationally.
Oregon, Washington, Colorado, and Alaska are the only states in which marijuana is legalized for recreational use and they fall within the lower quarter of the spectrum.
Despite having a strong pro-marijuana culture, Colorado is not the lowest priced state, as Oregon’s $204 per ounce is the lowest in the country. North Dakota’s $387 per ounce is the highest in the country.

That is tied for 12th highest in the country.

That is the 2nd highest in the country.
U.S Lowest: Orgeon

The Beaver State falls 220 dollars below the national average.
It is one of four states where marijuana for recreational use is legalized and is home to the lowest price in the nation.
U.S. Highest: N. Dakota

The Peace Garden State is 67 dollars above the national average.
Its price is the highest in the country by 20 dollars.
