Vermont’s $367 per ounce is the second highest nationally, while Maine’s $305 per ounce is the 38th highest nationally, thus revealing the wide range of marijuana prices. Meanwhile, Rhode Island’s $314 per ounce measures in at 36th nationally.

Oregon, Washington, Colorado, and Alaska are the only states in which marijuana is legalized for recreational use and they fall within the lower quarter of the spectrum.

Despite having a strong pro-marijuana culture, Colorado is not the lowest priced state, as Oregon’s $204 per ounce is the lowest in the country. North Dakota’s $387 per ounce is the highest in the country.
