Wall, who defeated Republican Anthony Melillo, thanked his supporters on Tuesday night.

“A big thank you to all of the Ward 6 residents and everyone that helped along the way. We have a lot of work to do to get our city back on track, you won’t be disappointed!” Wrote Wall, who had served on the Cranston School Committee for eight years, and four as chair.
