RI Congressman David Cicilline questioned Acting Attorney General Mark Whitaker regarding his involvement in Special Counsel Mueller’s investigation and the exchange was being hyped by Cicilline's staff hours before the hearing.
Cicilline's communications director Rich Luchette emailed the media hours before the exchange, "Cicilline will question Acting AG Whitaker w/in the next 30-40 minutes. CNN and MSNBC are covering the hearing live. I’d watch."
