Guest MINDSETTER ™Bobby Kells, Jr: Time to Get Real About Refugees

By doing this, we are essentially saying that the greater good is letting in ten thousand refugees into our country from Syria. Many of them, over half, are military aged males. What does that mean? To you, maybe nothing. To me, it means everything. If five out of ten thousand commits an act of terrorism based on the extremist views of the Muslim religion, are you ok with that? Do the ends justify the means? Are fifty or one hundred or one hundred fifty innocent Americans, living their lives in peace, worth dying for the price of nine thousand nine hundred ninety five people coming here to live peacefully? This is as real as it gets. There are no do overs. Once it's done, it's done, and the clock is ticking.
The vetting process is a joke. Remember the Tom Cruise movie, Minority Report? Well, this isn't that/ We do not have the technology nor the means to determine the intent before they commit the actus malus. We can't tell the future.

The simple answer is, they would get in. The man and woman in San Bernadino were here legally. No red flags raised. Yet, they managed buy weapons here and in doing so killed fourteen people and wounded twenty two. Two people, killed or wounded, eighteen people a piece before they were killed themselves. That's just two people. Imagine what five or ten or twenty or one hundred could do. In Paris, eight terrorists killed or wounded four hundred ninety eight people. Eight Muslim extremists killed or wounded 62.5 people each. Will you take that risk?
Is Trump Really a Fool?
Is Donald Trump a fool, for even suggesting the idea that we temporarily halt people coming into the United States from Islamic countries, until we have a full proof system to properly vet people coming into our country? Or, do you think he is a Neanderthal for even suggesting it. The majority of 9-11 hijackers came from Saudi Arabia, Egypt and UAE. These are all friendly nations to the United States. So, if the people who knocked down the towers came from countries allied to the United States, who else is getting in and where are they coming from?
Now, here's the kicker. Ready for this? There are people, men, women, children, entire villages of people who have literally put their lives on the line and helped Americans in Iraq and Afghanistan, who deserve to be here but aren't. People who have risked their lives for Americans. One story that comes to mind is that of a man named Mohammed Gulab. Mohammed Gulab is the only reason former Navy SEAL Marcus Lutrell is still alive. He granted Marcus Pakhtunwali. Pakhtunwali is a non-written ethical code and traditional lifestyle which the indigenous Pashtun people follow. It is a system of law and governance that began during prehistoric times and is preserved and still in use today. By him doing this for Lutrell, he basically gave him immunity. Today there is a price on Mohammed Gulabs head by the Taliban for helping Marcus Lutrell. Although he has visited the U.S., he cannot stay legally. Yet, we are about to let in ten thousand people and we have no idea who the hell they are or where they come from. So ask yourself citizen.
