President Trump’s Approval Rating in RI Plummets

This is the polling firm that recently found that Governor Gina Raimondo’s approval rating was the second-lowest of governors in the United States and it is now reporting that Trump’s rating has collapsed in Rhode Island.
“Since Trump took office, his net approval in Rhode Island has decreased by 16 percentage points,” reports Morning Consult.

Overall, Trump's approval rating in RI is 38% and a disapproval rating of 58%.

Raimondo
In July, the research firm found that for the second quarter in 2019, Raimondo has an approval rating of just 38% and a disapproval rating of 55%.
Last year, Morning Consult ranked Raimondo as the 9th most unpopular in the country with an approval rating of 40%, as GoLocalProv reported.
This latest ranking comes after Rhode Island was ranked as the worst state in the country for business by CNBC.
The DCYF Director resigned amidst dysfunction, the education system in tatters, and now the healthcare merger Raimondo was trying to broker collapse, as GoLocalProv reported.

According to the Morning Consult, Massachusetts Governor Charlie Baker is the most popular at 73% approval.
He is followed by Maryland Governor Larry Hogan, New Hampshire Governor Chris Sununu, Vermont Governor Phil Scott, and Wyoming Governor Mark Gordon.
Kentucky Governor Matt Bevin is the most unpopular Governor, followed by Raimondo.
