Woonsocket Mayor Chris Beauchamp raised more money than his opponents, and then he received the largest portion of his fundraising proceeds.

He repaid himself nearly $10,000 of his fundraising dollars. Beauchamp became mayor when Lisa Baldelli Hunt resigned suddenly while under fire for a questionable land deal.

And, City employees were significant donors to Beauchamp's campaign, including Police Chief Thomas Oates, $250.
