Previous to landing the Brown job in 2016, Daly guided the Tufts University men's lacrosse program to three NCAA DIII National Championship titles.

"We are grateful for all of Mike's contributions to the Brown Men's Lacrosse program," Athletic Director, M. Grace Calhoun, said. "He is passionate about developing young men as players and as people. We wish him the very best in his next chapter."

Joining the Bears in 2016, Daly led Brown to a 46-51 record, one NCAA DI Tournament appearance, and one Ivy Championship, both in 2022.

The Bears competed in four Ivy Tournament postseasons under Daly - 2017, 2018, 2019, and 2022.
