Supreme Court Justice Flanders
Former Rhode Island Supreme Court Justice Bob Flanders is joining Whelan, Corrente, Kinder and Siket LLP to lead the firms business litigation practice.

He will also be an equity partner in the firm which will change its name to Whelan, Corrente, Flanders, Kinder and Siket LLP.

“Bob has made a career of solving the most challenging disputes both as a lawyer and Supreme Court justice. He is an extremely good fit for our firm due to the nature of the work we do, much of it involving high profile public sector litigation – be it involving the Superman building, healthcare litigation or the Sakonnet River Bridge. We are confident Bob’s unique skill set will pay dividends for our clients for many years,” said Robert Clark Corrente. Corrente served as U.S. Attorney in Providence.
