Hilb Group of New England Names Krupski Vice President

The Hilb Group of New England has named Richard Krupski Vice President and Consultant of Employee Benefits.

“Rich’s extensive experience in health insurance, innovative strategies, and client-centered approach make him a great fit for our team,” said Rob Calise, Managing Director of Employee Benefits.

Krupski will work with clients to develop customized benefit solutions to their employee benefit needs, specializing in pharmacy cost management, medical captives, and self-funded health plan administration.

About Krupski

Prior to joining Hilb, Krupski worked in sales, marketing, and product development at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Rhode Island, most recently serving as Vice President of the Employer Segment, where he directed sales performance and profitability for all group business.

Prior to that, he served as both Executive Vice President and later President of Promark, LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of MIM Corporation.

Krupski started his career as a pharmacist in the Care New England hospital system. He has a BS degree in pharmacy from the University of Rhode Island and an MBA in healthcare management from Bryant University.
