Bill McCourt, President / CEO Rhode Island Manufacturers Association

“Our local manufacturers are fortunate to have an organization like the Governor’s Workforce Board who recognize the importance of grass roots efforts like this. The ability to share success stories with your fellow manufacturers, learn about what resources are available to us, and leverage best practices from around the country enables us to attract and retain the best and brightest," said Rob Calef, Human Resource Manager of ChemArt in Lincoln.

The luncheon keynote address will be delivered by Jennifer McNelly, Executive Director of the Manufacturing Institute, the Washington DC-based authority on the attraction, qualification, and development of world-class manufacturing talent.
