About Restaurant
According to the chain's website, which currently lists ten locations from the East Coast to California, it is known for its “excellence in rich flavor, quality, and variety.”
“Founded in 2016 with the opening of Cap’t Loui Stoneham, MA, we have expanded to several locations in Massachusetts and New Jersey, and will continue to pave the way for the freshest seafood boil in our signature cajun spice,” writes the company on its website.
As GoLocal reported in January 2022, Siena — which has locations currently in East Greenwich and Smithfield — announced its permanent closure on Federal Hill.
“We’re hiring,” Cap’t Loui Providence posted on Facebook this week.
It marks one of the first chains in the historically Italian -- and constantly evolving -- commercial areas of the city.
