National Grid Ranked Top Green Utility Company in the World

National Grid  has been ranked as the top green company in the world for 2015 from Newsweek. National Grid received a score of 71.4%, making it the top Green Utility company in the world, and the 29th highest rated company overall.

This ranking validates that we are on the right track," said Steve Holliday, Chief Executive of the National Grid.

National Grid is an electricity and natural gas delivery company that connects seven million customers to vital energy sources through its networks based in New York, Massachusetts and Rhode Island. National Grid is the largest distributor of natural gas in the Northeast.
