Residential Properties Ltd. announced that Sales Associates Sally LaBonte and Morgan LaBonte of The LaBonte Group have joined the team of real estate experts at our Newport office. A mother-daughter team, Morgan and Sally developed a smooth process for serving clients at a competing brokerage in Middletown. Now with Residential Properties, they offer you a blend of experience and expertise throughout the buying or selling process. Sally's track record as a top-producing agent and Morgan’s fresh perspective armed with the latest industry technologies add up to a powerful team of real estate advisors.
Same last name – different approach to real estate
Licensed in Massachusetts and Rhode Island, Sally’s tested strategies will win you success in markets on both sides of the state line. Her designations include the esteemed Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) and e-Pro certifications. A previous career as a therapist, keeping at-risk families together, ingrained in her the importance of home. “The values that drew me into family therapy, such as good communication, empathy, and a positive approach have helped define the personalized service we offer clients today,” Sally said. “RPL felt like the right brokerage to continue our work. Sally and Morgan are keen users of social media and knowledgeable about the latest tools and trends. With three grown daughters, Sally understands the importance of creating the perfect space for your family at home. In the greater community, however, she has been involved in numerous nonprofits including schools, churches, hospitals, animal rescues, and human trafficking organizations. She is currently a steward of the Little Free Library in Newport where she lives with her husband and two rescue dogs. Professionally, Sally looks forward to exceeding client expectations at Residential Properties. “Selling a home can be a very emotional process, which is why Morgan and I focus on helping each seller through the transition as smoothly as possible, knowing they are getting the best price for their property,” Sally said. “A home should be a person's sanctuary, where you can unwind and feel safe and secure.
