The Executive Director Learning Circle is led by facilitator Michael Fournier, a retired nonprofit executive with nearly four decades of experience in various senior leadership positions.

The series’ curriculum was developed to help organizations increase capacity and improve the delivery of services.

Over the course of 11 sessions, nonprofit leaders will engage in practical scenario sharing, group activities, and discussions, and benefit from coaching in a wide-range of competency topics.

Among the topics covered are strategic planning, fund development, board engagement, marketing and communications, risk management, and emergency preparedness.

The series’ sessions begin on Friday, January 18, 2019, and will continue monthly on the third Friday of each month from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.

Each session will be held in the Conference Center at UWRI’s 50 Valley Street headquarters in Providence.
