Located on Narragansett Boulevard by the Johnson & Wales Harborside campus and next to the Washington Park neighborhood in Providence, the market had a wide range of offerings.

“Edgewood Market has been a family-owned and operated business since 1958. It began as a small grocery known locally as ‘Armand’s.’ The EM has grown to specialize in pizza, sandwiches, burgers, calzones, salads and more. We also carry chips, soda, juices, energy drinks, candy, snacks, and convenience items,” they wrote on their website.

“Many of our patrons boast that Edgewood Market makes the best pizza, steak sandwiches, Italian grinders and burgers in the state,” they added.
