Autumn Butternut Squash

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Butternut Squash, peeled
  • 1 cup Apple Pie filling
  • 1 teaspoon Light Brown Sugar
  • 2 teaspoons Butter
  • Ground Cinnamon, to taste
  • Salt, to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  • Pre-heat oven to 375°.
  • Cut Squash into 2-inch chunks.
  • Combine all ingredients.
  • Roast in oven for 30-45 minutes.
