Miriam Hospital's Collins Named President of RI Medical Society

The Rhode Island Medical Society has named Lincoln’s Bradley Collins, MD, as President and named new officers for 2017-18.

Collins is an internist and hospitalist practicing at Miriam Hospital.

Along with Collins, the RI Medical Society named four other officers:

Peter A. Hollmann, MD, of Cranston, a geriatrician at University Medicine Foundation will serve as the Society’s President-Elect.

Norman Gordon, MD, of Providence, a neurologist, will serve as Vice President.

Catherine Cummings, of Providence, an emergency physician, was elected Treasurer, and Christine Brousseau, MD, of Cranston, an Obstetrician/Gynecologist, was re-elected Secretary.

Sarah Fessler, a family physician in East Providence, will serve as Immediate Past President.

All positions are for one year through September of 2018.
