NEW: RI Dept. of Health Reports 2 Deaths, 274 Injuries from Storm Juno
Of the 274 injuries, 175 were a result of slips and falls while 35 came from motor vehicle accidents. Meanwhile, 18 of the injuries came from sledding accidents.
"As we continue to clean up from Juno, I want to remind everyone to drive with caution, check on your loved ones and neighbors, take frequent breaks when shoveling, and to be sure to call 2-1-1 or Serve Rhode Island if you need help digging out,” said Governor Gina Raimondo.

- Dress Warmly and dress in several layers
- Avoid Caffeine and Nicotine, they put extra strain on your heart
- Warm up Muscles in arms and legs

If you lose power, make sure to call National Grid. Don't assume someone else already has. 1 (800) 465-1212 is the number. DO NOT call 911 for a power outage.

Don't Go Anywhere!
Governor Raimondo has instituted a travel ban, and the Governors of Connecticut and Massachusetts have done the same. Exemptions exist for health care workers and certain essential employees, but don't risk going out if you don't have to - you could be arrested if you do.
