Fit for Life: Problems for All

She was saying this like it was a catastrophe and the world was coming to an end.
From the tone of her voice, she sounded devastated by the situation.

The reporter was doing her job by dramatizing the situation and creating a sense of panic in the air.
While I was watching, I was thinking about other topics that could be more newsworthy.
What about the obesity epidemic and getting people fit and healthy?
Shouldn’t that be a concern on the news?
Or how about the homeless population?
What is Important
The point I am trying to make is that most of us do not have our priorities straight and we worry about finding solutions for the wrong things.
On second thought, we worry too much period and rarely seek solutions for the problems we are faced with daily.
Someone was talking about the situation in Wisconsin during the week and asked me what I thought.
I replied that I’m more concerned about my ad budget and what I’m spending on marketing, and if it will connect and get me new leads from people needing our program.
I’m more concerned with keeping my members fit and healthy and training my team to keep them engaged and focused on the program. I’m more worried about making sure the business is flowing and I can pay my staff.
Actually, concerned & worried are the wrong choice of words.
I am not worried or concerned, but focused.
Therefore, I don’t have the time or the energy to get involved with or focus on something I can’t control.
And that’s the key.
Solutions Over Problems
Stay focused on the positive things that you can control, and stop worrying and expending energy on the things you can’t.
So that was my reply, I don’t get worked up or stressed out about things that are out of my control, or problems I can’t solve.
We all have enough of our own issues to concentrate on, and problems to solve that we shouldn’t be focusing on situations or distractions that are out of our reach.
I always try to focus on solutions over problems. Problems exist daily, and if you let them, they can cause stress, anxiety, and enable us to make excuses for not getting things done.
This requires a lot of energy, and we are better off exerting our energy on things that will make a positive impact on our lives, and not the things that don’t serve us.
At Providence Fit Body Boot Camp, we solve all fitness and fat loss problems you may have.
Some common problems folks face that prevent them from getting healthy and in their best shape are:
Here’s your problem, here’s my solution:
• No time - We have seven, 30-minute sessions daily starting at 5:20 am, so you have lots of options.
• Can’t afford - Our memberships are equal to one cup of fancy coffee daily, so if you can afford coffee & fast food, you can afford our program
• Don’t know what to do - Every session is coached by a certified personal trainer. We coach you through.
• Gyms are not clean - Ours is meticulous. We clean 2x daily.
• I am self-conscious - Our community is non-judgmental and everyone encourages each other to succeed.
• I have injuries - Our coaches are qualified to make modifications for any ailment you may have
So, in conclusion, next time you find yourself talking or worrying about something that doesn’t serve you in a positive way, stop and re-focus your time and energy to something that will.
Instead of expending thought and energy on the problems that hold you back from accomplishing your goals, refocus on possible solutions that will help you reach your destination.
If you are looking to get in the best shape of your life and feel great, yet you face the above problems, let Providence Fit Body Boot Camp be your solution.
