The show, which will take the form of a ten-episode season, centers around the fictional Bellacourt family and is set in the year 1902 in Newport. The family not only has excess money, lives in a big mansion, and has a team of servants, but is also concerned with fame and public perception.

Jeremy Konner is the director and Ben Stiller, Debbie Liebling, Stuart Cornfeld, and Mike Rosenstein are all also executive producers.
In the pilot episode, Lillian (Leggero) and Beatrice (Lindhome) entertain a Newport power broker, as played by guest star Thomas Lennon. Meanwhile, Chair, who is played by Christian Hendricks, gets used to her new life at Bellacourt Manor.
The second episode of the show, “Divorce”, will appear on June 30 at 10:30 p.m.
