The incident took place on Texas Avenue off of Admiral Street shortly after 8 PM.
According to police, a suspect is in custody.

Shortly before 6 AM Friday morning, police responded to Chad Brown at March Street for a report of shots fired.
Police said they spoke with witnesses who said they had heard gunshots and that a car fled the scene at high rate of speed.
According to police, more than a dozen shell casings were found at the scene, and multiple vehicles were found to have been struck by bullets.
Melee on Friday
Earlier Friday morning, GoLocal reported that nearly all units in the city were called to Mezzo Lounge to break up fights a crowd of hundreds that was reportedly hostile to police.
A patrolwoman was hospitalized due to injuries sustained while trying to make an arrest.
